Can’t change the username. I’m sure I am missing something. It has been working for 2 years almost without an issue.

1. Disable the Arlo sign box as well as all Arlo cameras showing in the Camect UI using the sliders at the top left of each camera display.
2. Restart your camect hub .... i.e. hub settings (cog wheel at top) > show advanced settings > restart.
3. Visit my.arlo.com in a browser (not the app) and make sure you are able to sign in and see your cameras using the same sign in credentials that you will use with Camect.
4. Go to home settings > device > add camera. Set the type to "Arlo" and click "Add"
5. Sign into your Arlo Cameras.
