"Web RTC failed"

Hi everyone,

Hope you're all going well!

I can no longer access remote viewing on my phone, it comes up with the error "Web RTC failed".  Has something changed for remote access?

I've had my Camect since about December 2019, purchased on launch day on Indiegogo in August 2019 (1 x Camect Smart Hub & 1 x Limited Service).  It's been great but I haven't been able to view the cameras remotely for a few weeks.  Still getting email alerts.

What browser are you using? There is a known bug in browsers that might cause the problem you are seeing.
Try to restart the browser to see whether it helps. Please file a bug report if it still won't work after reboot.

I started having the same issue in the past hour.

However, I am able to login locally via the desktop web browser.  Safari has not changed on the iOS devices nor desktop for over a week.

I restarted the browser - did noy work.  Checked my Google login - that works.

Glad to hear that it's working now. What do you mean by "checked google login" though?
