Hi,

My Camect has been offline for about 3 months - mostly because I didn't have time to look into this issue.
Starting from earlier this year, every time the power is off for some reason, Camect will not come back online and I need to reboot multiple times.
Then in June after a power outage, I wasn't able to make it online anymore, doesn't matter how many times I reboot or power on/off.
I tried to connect an HDMI cable with a monitor but nothing shows on the monitor either.

The blue light is still on on the device, but I cannot see the device online in my router.
Any steps that can be used to diagnose?

Thanks,
Mao

Hook up a monitor and keyboard so you can see any error messages.

With the HDMI connected, if you remove and reapply power, do you still get no output at all on the HDMI monitor?  If so, did you make sure the cable and the monitor are working properly by using them to successfully get output from some other device?

Yeah, I also tried different cables. But nothing showed up on my monitor.
Is there anything else I can do?
Is there a way to order a replacement device?
