Reolink Elite Pro Floodlight PoE stream error

I'm getting an error when trying to view the stream from this camera in Camect. To be clear this is a brand new camera that I've set up. Camect gets past username/password, then this:

"avformat_open_input failed: [-1094995529] (Invalid data found when processing input). Do you want to retry?"

Any suggestions on getting it to work with camect? very, very disappointing if it won't.

Don't add it as type "Reolink", as some newer Reolink cameras have changes that cause problems with that. 

Instead, add the camera manually using type "Stream URL" and provide the RTSP url. 

If you're not aware of what the RTSP url is, try following this reolink support article to confirm the RTSP url and see if it works outside of Camect. If it does, it should work with Camect too.

Indeed, Camect would not add it as type Reolink. or as type ONVIF even though the camera supports it.

I did in fact add the camera as Stream URL. still no image.

Try it with VLC per their support article. If that doesn't work either, then you'll have to contact their support to find out how to get the RTSP url to work first. 

If it does work from VLC, then, right after trying to add it to your hub using "Stream URL" with the same RTSP url that works with VLC, use "Report Bug" from the hub settings so we can get a look at what's happening.

OK the rtsp stream worked, but now I'm faced with "system overloaded" if I use the main stream, and "stalled" if I try the sub stream. I'll try adjusting the camera's resolution.

Reduced the resolution of the main stream and it's working now.
