Forgotten camect password

I have migrated my nest account to Google and it has found all my cameras but I have forgotten my Camect password is there a way to reset the unit?

Which password have you forgotten? Are you unable to sign in with at home.camect.com using your Google account?  

Or did you set an extra password for your user on your Camect device and then forgot that password? (In the latter case you'll be able to sign in at home.camect.com but you'll be prompted for the extra password when you try to connect to your device.)

I logged in to the new Google Acc fine and a list of my 5 Nest cameras have come up. Then when I click to add the first camera a small box appears "Please Enter Password for Home"

This is the password I have forgotten as I set up the Camect when I got it and have never had to touch it again.

I have 1Password but it obviously didn't save the password.

I would be happy to reset and start again if need be.

I am still a bit confused about what exactly you're seeing. Could you take a screenshot when the password prompt pops up and send it sup...@camect.com ?   I can give you instructions on how to reset, but I'd like to make sure it's likely to help before doing that ... 

Since it sounds like you're able to get into the configuration dialogs of the Camect UI, could you also go to home settings > users and then look at the entry for your user (i.e. the first entry in the table) and see if an "extra password" is set? If so, try clearing that out that field and saving.
