Hi,

Two days ago I looked at my Camect device to see if any interesting creatures had wandered by the house.  As usual, I clicked on the "double bells" icon and it put up the Alerts Overlay.  It said it had two alerts for the day, but there were no days of alert history listed to the right.  On the Storage page it said I had about 50-60 GB of free space left.  Normally I have more than 100 days worth of "prior" alerts.  I wondered if my SSD was dying (Samsung 870 EVO 1TB).  The next  day I tried again, it showed one day of prior alerts, plus a couple of new ones for the current day. but no other historical alerts.  The free space on the drive was about the same.  Looked to me like the drive was maybe OK, but that something caused the Camect to wipe out pretty much all of my history.

Today I checked again, and all the history is back (and the free space remains at about 50-60 GB).

Any thoughts about what might have happened and is it likely there is a hardware problem "brewing"?

Thanks!

I believe this may be due to a bug we're planning to fix soon. If you experience it again, try doing a restart (not a reboot) of your hub from the UI  (hub settings > show advanced settings > restart), and see if all the alerts come back after a few minutes.

Arup,
Thanks very much!  I'll watch for the fix.  Any thoughts as to "when"?
