If you like the Dahua give it a try. We have not tested that camera, but there's a good chance that the zoom will work. However, be warned that on some similar Dahua cameras, the zoom is mind-boggingly slow ... As in you click the button, and have to wait 30 seconds for the lens to move and refocus. This isn't really a problem assuming that you will only adjust the zoom occasionally but it's a bit annoying while you do it.
We usually recommend Amcrest over Dahua - even though most Amcrest cameras are made by Dahua - because Amcrest cameras come preconfigured with defaults that are friendlier to the average user. In particular, Amcrest cameras come preconfigured to do DHCP. Dahua cameras usually come preconfigured to a static IP address. Camect can usually detect this and change it to DHCP automatically -- but if not, you have to be prepared to adjust your laptop's subnet to match that of the camera, so that you can connect to the camera's UI and change it to DHCP yourself.
