Help with Camera Add

Good Day,

I have a camera (Pelco TI614) that I am trying to add to my Camect unit. The hub sees the camera and I am able to add it to the hub but I am unable to see any video. Could I please get some assistance to fix this?

The auto-detected RTSP camera probably doesn't work because it doesn't support one of the common RTSP url formats that we try automatically. 

Do you know of a working RTSP url for the camera, i.e. one that works with VLC? If so, you can manually add the camera using type "Stream URL" and put in the RTSP url.
