Camect does not always alert on vehicles

I have two cameras where I have setup alerts for car, trucks and pickup. Today I left with my car and it detected on one of the cameras but not the other main camera. Why is that? Are there some settings that I should look at that would make it more relaible?

Please share video of one such missed alerts. 
We will investigate and give suggestions.

I checked one more time and noticed that the Camect app did not alert me but when I went in the web interface I see the alerts. Is this an issue with the App?

Have you checked the settings to confirm that the hub is configured to send alerts for this camera?
In that case, please file a bug report, telling us the camera name and time. We'll see what happened.

Yes because I get alerts but not all of them all of the

Please share one of such not delivered alerts with us. We'll see what's wrong.

Currently dealing with some of the cameras not working. Once working I will check on the alerts again and then file a bug report is the issue persists.

Now that I have my cameras working, I'm working on alerts. Today I got an alert when my daughter left for school but not when my son left. When I viewed the video I see that it did detect my son as a person when he is leaving but I got no alert. So it seems to be an alert issue not a detection issue.

How do I share a video

Do you have a positive rating for "person" on this camera?
Please add one if you would like to be alerted for every person on the camera.

I did not know that I needed a positive rating for objects that I wanted to see. I have created a positive rating. But I did notice that if I have Telegram enabled, I get alerts there that I don't get in the app or the web interface. Why is that?

That's not possible. The app always gets the same alerts as telegram. Please give us an example (camera & time) if can confirm it's the case.
 In the web interface, make sure you don't have any filters checked.
