Your Camect is no longer seeing the storage hard drive, only the internal boot drive. My Suggestion is to 1st Send a bug report to Camect explaining what is going on, they could potentially get it to come back online, 2nd is Reboot, 3rd is to reseat the base of the Camect. But honestly if your HDD has been in use for several years, it is time to replace it. My personal suggest is a Samsung EVO SSD such as
This one on Amazon.
So long as it has a long life history like the Samsung you can use any 2.5" SSD. I know that Camect has had good luck with those Samsungs, as have I personally in mine.
To access the drive, simply remove the 2 screws on the bottom of the 'sled' and then detach the sled, inside the sled you will find the HDD you can replace with a new 2.5" drive.
After replacing the drive, visit the storage tab on the hub, and click the "eraser" button to format the new drive and put it into use.
