Performance with many cameras?

I've been really enjoying the Camect system, especially the ability to send event notifications to my Google Home devices so I hear an audible report like "carport saw a person".  I think that is great for situational awareness without having to dig out my device any time something moves.

However, my complaint with Camect has to do with performance.  I have about 10 cameras and am hesitant to add more even though I want to because performance is already not great.  If I am trying to scroll through footage to find something (like when a tree fell down) it is pretty painful with delays, buffering and errors.
I have already switched from HDD to SSD for the storage.  I've also added a Google Coral device for a little extra GPU.

Is there anything else I can do to improve performance?  Should I get more hubs and distribute the cameras among them?  Is there a higher performance hub I can get?

Please use "Report Bug" from the hub settings of your hub at a time when you're seeing some bad performance -- That will allow us to get a look at what may be going on and advise you whether or not it's due to the total load on your hub.
