Having an issue with camect accessing DNS or www.camect.com

Errors received are:

-google is not reachable

-www.camect.com is not reachable (4.2.2.2)

Verified firewall configurations and DNS is allowed. I can ping the IP address of the Camect device. Tech support is stating it is likely a network issue. Any ideas?

Please send a snapshot of the HDMI output to sup...@camect.com and we can help figure out what's causing the problem.
