Hi.  I can no longer get alerts or access my cameras remotely.  Is this a perpetual subscription?   I bought direct, not through disti.

What you showed is a 1-year consumer ("Camect Go") subscription in the US. See here for what you can do with or without it. 

I looked back and confirmed that you have not previously purchased a subscription or All-In plan with your hub. Having a subscription (or All-In plan, which is a subscription for the lifetime of that piece of hardware) has always been a requirement, but our enforcement of that has been lax in some cases and we have been cleaning it up over time.
