Running Calypso First Time But CMD Keeps Blinking out

I already Download and Install Calypso and Tried To Simply open its Applicate

but Failed to Open becuz The CMD Keeps on Blinking out like Closing Off Repeatly

Please Tell me what Need to Do that be Great Otherwise Where is The Refund Button??
