So I bought Calypso for my iPad. I bought the MacOS rather than windows and am having trouble, is it because I have the wrong is?

I answered this in private email, but for anyone reading the forum: Calypso runs on MacOS, Windows, and Linux. There is no version for Android or iOS. You do need an Android or iOS device to run the Cozmo app, and that device must connect to your MacOS/Windows/Linux laptop via a USB cable.

If you purchased the wrong version of Calypso you can exchange it for another version. The same license key will work with any version. (But you can only use it on one computer at a time.)
