Our godbrother Damodar started in 1970 to make recordings of
Srila Prabhupada's books. Aside from slightly imperfect Samskrit
enunciation his readings are very nice to listen to. There is no
music, no drama, not drab, but exactly suitable to listen to the
books. There are no Sanskrit or Bengali verses but there are
the texts and purports. For many books he has versions without
the purports as well, for those who are simply want to recall the verses. I
highly recommend them to all followers of Srila Prabhupada. They are
professionally made, of excellent quality and speaking.
