Now accepting Vyasa Puja offerings for 2024 - Last date 4th Dec 2023

Dear Devotees, 

Please accept our humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

We are now accepting your Vyasa puja offerings for publishing in the Vyasa puja book 2024.

Please use the attached template to write your offerings. We request you to not use any other template or a new word document to send your offering. Otherwise it consumes a lot of our time to format and add the necessary details.

Kindly note the following guidelines and follow them strictly:-

• There is a box to upload your photo in the template. Click on the centre of this box and you will be able to upload your photo. This is mandatory for all devotees.
• Next to the photo is a table where the current place of residence (city & state) should be mentioned along with 1^st and 2^nd initiation dates (if applicable). Guru Maharaja very much requires these details of all devotees. So please do not take it lightly. Without these details, the offering will not be accepted.
• After writing your offering, please do a spelling check and format the paragraphs accordingly. Those who are familiar with Microsoft Word can “justify” the paragraphs.
• Sanskrit verses can be typed in ScaGoudy/Balarama/Tamal fonts with diacritics. No need to convert them to Unicode. Devanagari fonts can be used for verses as well.
• Once done, upload your offering in Microsoft Word format (DOC or DOCX) only. Those devotees who do not have Microsoft Word can use Google Docs and save the file as DOCX and then upload. 
• We request all the devotees to type their offerings in either English, Hindi or Bengali language and then upload them in the given link.
• Handwritten offerings will NOT be accepted since it is very difficult to read the handwriting and many times the photo of the written page is not clear.
• Offerings in any other language must be translated to English otherwise will not be considered.

Please note that the last date of submission is 4^th December 2023 - 11:59 PM Indian Standard Time. The link will not accept any offerings after this date and time.

The Vyasa Puja e-book should be available on www.bvks.com after the Vyasa Puja in Puri.
