Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
How was the pregnancy of mother Rohini, due to Balarama ji being transferred into her womb, was adjusted to fit into the humanly realm, since her husband, Vasudeva ji, was imprisoned soon after the birth of the first child from Devaki?
Srila Viswanath Cakravarti Thakur writes in purport to SB 10.2.7:
"After Devaké’s six children were killed, Vasudeva, seeing Rohiëé preg-nant, sent her secretly to Nanda Gokula. Out of fear of Kaàsa (kaàsa saàvignäù) others lived in secret places (vivareñu)—literally caves."
From this it appears that Rohini became pregnant before going to Nanda Gokula.
But since Vasudeva ji was imprisoned since long, how her becoming pregnant in Mathura was possible in humanly realm?
Also, in SB 10.2.7 & 8 Lord orders yogamaya saying that Rohini ji is staying at Nanda Gokula and that she should go there and transfer Balarama ji from Devaki's womb to that of Rohini's.
From this it appears that Rohini ji became pregnant while she was staying at Nanda Gokula. In this case also how was her pregnancy possible in humanly realm? And how to reconcile apparent contradiction of her becoming pregnant in Mathura and Nanda Gokula?

discuss amongst devotees. Due to my arrogance and insubordination I am
not qualified to answer. So if you find any faults in the below
response, it is due my anarthas. If the answer is satisfactory it is
simply Guru Marahaja's mercy in making me an instrument.
After the sad-garbhas representing kama, krodha, lobha, moha, mada,
matsarya were killed, it was suitable for Lord to appear in the womb
of Devaki in His partial plenary expansion as Sesa. In all likelihood
their imprisonment was more like house arrest where Devaki and
Vasudeva couldn't leave the home, but other family members like Rohini
had relatively free access.
In anticipation of the appearance of Lord Sesa, the embryo developing
in the womb of Rohini while she was in Mathura can be understood to be
made up of suddha-sattva under the influence of the samdhini potency
as per the arrangements made by Lord Ananta, the counterpart of Sesa
in material world (CC Madhya 20.370).
Seeing that Rohini is pregnant, Vasudeva arranges for her to be
secretly relocated to Gokula. Later Sri Krsna ordered yoga-maya to
make arrangements for Lord Sesa to be transferred from the womb of
Devaki to that of Rohini.
If the embryo made of suddha-sattva wasn't already forming in the womb
of Rohini when she arrived in Gokula, the residents of Gokula would
have been surprised if she were to suddenly become pregnant at a later
time in absence of her husband.
In this way we can understand the transcendental arrangements made by
various potencies of the Lord.

The below text is from Jiva Goswami's Gopala Campu, Chapter 3 (Krishna's Birth). Just sharing this, it could be helpful for this discussion.
[80] On that day, in the faultless evening, Vasudeva, distrubed by uncontrollable Kamsa's anger, sent Rohini, favorable to Vraja, to Vraja. Riding on a horse, she arrived secretly. She was very faithful to her husband. Just on seeing her, Nanda's assembly became joyful. Auspicious omens such as flocks of birds flying in the sky became visible. Yashoda and Rohini, like the Yamuna and Ganga Rivers, became overcome with bliss on meeting and showered bliss on each other and everyone else.
[81] Understanding that, starting with Jyesta month, Rohini was pregnant for three months, Yashoda, identifying with her, became most joyful.

[86] Yogamaya then destroyed the seven-month embryo in Rohini's womb and transferred the seventh month embryo from Devaki's womb. Sri Gopala-champu, purva-champu, trtiya-puranam, verse 67-68:
Comment: It has been described that Rohini was sent to Vraja by Vasudeva secretly, as being disturbed due to Kamsa's behaviour, she complained to Vasudeva, and thus Vasudeva sent her to Vraja. This incident proves that Rohini had access to Vasudeva though he was imprisoned.
Also, it has been mentioned here that from the following months-- jyeshtha, ashadha and shravana, Yashoda saw that she was three months pregnant. Hence, Yashoda became very happy. So, Rohini's pregnancy was known to Yashoda and others soon after she came to vraja. Now, there is a chance of rumors as to how Rohini, who was apparently not pregnant before coming to Vraja, became pregnant while she was away from her husband. In response to that Acharya Bhagavat-prasada ji in his Bhakta-manoranjani commentary on SB(10.2.7) comments as follows:
Comment: Having observed her four-month pregnancy, there could be a doubt as to how Rohini, who was not (apparently) pregnant, unexpectedly became four-months-pregnant after coming to Nanda's house. The answer is there was a talk among people that before coming to Nanda's residence, she was already pregnant but due to some disease (gada-sancharatah) her "garbha" got dried up, and after some time it has once again become prosperous. [The reason behind such talk is that when Rohini, being sent by her husband Vasudeva approached Vraja secretly at dusk, all Vrajavasis welcomed the arrival of the most chaste lady (parama-pati-vratayam) as that of Rohini as an auspicious omen. (Sri Gopala-champu, Purva champu, trtiya puranam, verse 67)]
Sri Sukadeva-krta Siddhanta-pradipa (Nimbarka-sampradaya commentary):
Comment: And when Lord Krsna ordered Yogamaya, He asked her to make "Shesha" enter the womb of Rohini in such a way that people in general would be convinced it was a five month or six months pregnancy conceived due to Vasudeva, Rohini's husband. Now, how this was done that has been explained in Gopala-champu in the following way.
Sri Gopala-champu, purva-champu, trtiya-puranam, verse 77:
Comment: It has been described that Yogamaya, having separated (srastam vidhaya) the seven-month "garbha" from the womb of Rohini (born of Vasudeva), transferred Devaki's seven-month garbha (which was "Shesha") into her womb. Thus, Lord Shesha or Balarama, who first appeared in the womb of Devaki got transferred to the womb of Rohini later, and because of this pastime He is also called Sankarshana [SB 10.2.8].
