I'm trying to use XMALab to get the 3D positions of digitized markers from video recordings from 8 cameras (we're testing the process with two cameras). We have the QTM calibration of the set of cameras (using wand + L-frame) which gives intrinsic and extrinsic camera matrices and distortion parameters. However, when I plug them into XMALab using the external calibration feature, the epipolar lines don't seem to line up correctly, leading me to believe the calibration is not correct. I've attached an image of the epipolar line when I select one of the markers. I was wondering if you had any insights or resources on why this is the case and what can be done to correct it.
