Minor version bump, fixes crashes when tracking forward backward with rapid key presses of '1' and '2'.

Also, I've added build instructions on the github repo for XMALab on Linux. Tested and successfully built on Fedora 43 and Ubuntu 24, though I've not packaged it because it's not straightforward on linux. Some quirks of the UI resulting from an interaction between QT and Wayland, but overall usable.
