Welcome to the research activity mailing group set up to involve an active community of staff and students who may wish to be involved as participants in research projects. The studies presented here are undertaken by staff and PhD students at Oxford Brookes University and in certain circumstances external researchers who wish to recruit staff or students from Oxford Brookes.

The mailing group is overseen by the University Research Ethics Committee and will only be used to notify you about research being undertaken by staff and PhD students that has been approved by the Committee.

By joining this list, you are under no obligation to take part in any research study. If you are interested in participating in a study, or would like to ask a question about a specific study, please contact the research team directly using the contact details given in the post. Only myself, as the group owner, is able to post messages to this group.

This list will not be shared with anyone else and once your email address is deactivated (if you change your email or leave Oxford Brookes) you will stop receiving notifications from the group. Only brookes.ac.uk email addresses may sign up to this mailing group. As group owner the only data I can see is the name you have assigned to yourself when joining the group, your Brookes email address and the date you signed up.
