question about brain metastatic lesions

Hello and thanks very much for curating Firebrowse,

I'm a medical resident datamining FireBrowse for Fascin pathway genes in GBMs but we would like to compare these to metastatic brain lesions. I see that there is the TM option but might there be brain metastatic lesions in the database and if so is there any data on their primary site?

I was also curious what the database means when it returns a value of "none" when searching for mRNA Seq data. Does that mean 0 or does that mean no material was received to test?
