GenomeSpace sunset

Dear GenomeSpace developer (FireBrowse),

The GenomeSpace project will be coming to an end in a few months due to the expiration of project funding. On November 30, 2019, the GenomeSpace servers will be shut down and all services will cease. The source code for the project remains free and open source and is available on BitBucket at https://bitbucket.org/GenomeSpace.

We will be posting messages to our users on the GenomeSpace apps and blog starting in October.

We appreciate your participation and hope to have an opportunity to work with you again in the future. If you have any questions, please contact the GenomeSpace team at lie...@broadinstitute.org.

As a follow-up, please contact us if you are interested in continuing to have connectivity for FireBrowse with GenePattern, GenePattern Notebook, IGV and Cystoscape.js as we are continuing to integrate these tools along with any others that would like to participate.
