I cannot view the Firehose TCGA Data Usage Policy via the link at the bottom of the Firehose main page at https://gdac.broadinstitute.org/ - the linked webpage is not accessible. In fact, confluence-routed websites seem to be down in general.

How can I view the Firehose TCGA Data Usage Policy, and what licensing terms and data sharing agreement is in place for Firehose TCGA data?
