I have recorded a new bookmark, added tags as usual but for some reason these tags haven't become hypertext, it is not possible to click on them:

You have accidentally entered the tags in the Notes field not in the Tags field. Just simply edit the bookmark and copy the content of the Notes field to the Tags field.
