Proposed FY 2026 Budget

The proposed budget for FY 2026 has been posted to the "Budget and Finance Reports" folder. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1L3cYrLGfGt_q5DGNrFhg6BiPCmHsRNxs 

Before any comments are made about the Archives having $00.00 budgeted for next year, it is because they did not submit any line item requests again.

Under 5000, General Business Expenses, line 5090, Website, shows an expenditure in the first quarter of $00.01. What is the purpose of this expenditure?. Isn’t it excessive?

It is on a 3 year cycle for billing. The small amount is a place holder to keep the line item in place.
