Looking for notification mailing lists

I'm still trying to separate my gmail.com from my costume.org e-mail and I've noticed that when I open one of them and click on the down-arrow for more information I see a mailing list:

My thedoc...@silweb.costume.org email gets these:


Which is fine.  That's good.

BUT my gmail email -- thedocto...@gmail.com-- is also getting stuff via these mailing lists.  I haven't found a way to turn that off.  I thought that maybe there was something in the Settings for the delegated Corresponding/Recording Secretary email boxes, but not.

When I look at Settings >> Forwarding and POP/IMAP  I can see that the e-mail is being forwarded to their respective email lists,  notification-...@costume.org and notification-rec-secretary.costume.org,  but I don't seem to have access to these.

Any administrative help here would be much appreciated.


Also, both Recording and Corresponding Secretary email get forwarded email from:


I don't know why.

Your gmail account is set as your backup contact email in your user account.
You may have set up forwarding *in your siweb.costume.org* account at one point.

the zoom-notifications list exists because Zoom will send out a secondary authorization code when someone logs into the account, and we need multiple people to receive that code in case one of them is unreachable.
It makes sense for the officers to receive that as likely points of contact.

Well, it's so simple when you say it like thaaaaaaaaat. 

And I thought I'd clicked and right-clicked on everything.  I think I've killed the forwarding this time.

Just in case anyone gets into this ....... while logged into the silweb.costume.org account I clicked on the Gmail-app from the waffle, went to:

Settings cog >> All Settings >> Forwarding and POP/IMAP

The pesky gmail address being forwarded to was there.  What I needed to do was click on that and go down the dropdown to get the 'delete that-pesky-gmail-address' and click on that to stop it.

And just so you know..... if you have email forwarded from an account that has delegated email, the delegated email will get forwarded, too.
