Should we keep these groups?

I got into this when I was trying to sort out what groups were forwarding to Corresponding and Recording Secretaries and I noticed a few things while I was looking.....

From my costume.org account, I go to 'My Groups' in the google workspace waffle apps on the upper right and then I go to 'All Groups' from the menu on the left.  I get a list of All the groups in ICG's workspace ---- at least all the ones I can see.

I notice that there a multiple groups for Western Pennsylvania (WPAH... and Notification WPAH....).  They're not active at all but should those be deleted since that chapter is no longer there?  Are there any other groups that are no longer useful?

Yes, they are no longer part of the ICG. There had been no response to any of the mail I sent.

Yeah, that's what I thought, too.  So, I'm replying to this and cc'ing tech-...@board.costume.org, too, because I think that is where google workspace stuff goes.....

Hi Anne,

I am getting back to you about to your question concerning WPAHCG groups. I'm responding here since you sent your original message to the board group.

The Google Groups for WPAHCG are being retained for now pending review of whether there is information that the ICG may want to retain. The group owners and members were removed so they can no longer access them. The Google accounts related to WPAHCG are suspended. They can be removed once the WPAHCG groups are removed.
