I have created the form for motion 2026-01-01
As usual, please let me know ASAP if I've made any clerical errors in its creation.
Note that this is a board ballot, directors and officers only, please.

In keeping with the standing rules allowing 15 days discussion and then 15 days for voting, the deadline for votes is February 26, 2026.
In the event a 2/3 majority of the board casts vote in favor of the motion before the 15 days discussion period completes, that will be inferred to be a vote in favor of "moving the previous question" to close discussion as well as passing the motion.

Byron, this makes no sense to me. You can see in this screencap I have set it to accept responses from anyone with the link.
Can you try accessing it from an incognito browser window? I'm wondering if there is some other cookie in your browser that is triggering the problem.

Thanks. I just voted. I did have to use a password; however, I found the right one among my too many passwords. From now on, I should be able to use it for anything requiring this.
