Calculating PayPal fee and total payment for membership dues

For chapters who submit ICG membership dues by PayPal, I have added a
calculator to the PayPal section of the Reporting Membership page of the
ICG website
(https://costume.org/wp/resources-for-chapters-and-sigs/reportingmembership).
This calculator computes the PayPal service fee and the total payment to
submit to the ICG Treasurer for a given payment amount. Please review
this page for more information.
