These are just topics for discussion, not necessarily for action:

__ Consider combining the Recording and Corresponding Secretary positions.  It does not seem to be too difficult to do both.

__ Where are we on the updated ByLaws and Standing Rules?  I thought they were done, but they're not on the costume.org website.

The Bylaws and Standing Rules are not on the site? They should be. I've got the master files if someone needs them.

The State of Maryland did not need us to file the revised ones, they do not keep those on file, only the original articles of incorporation.
