ICG Annual Meeting

On April 12, at what time (Eastern time) will the Annual Meeting convene? I have seen several different times, ranging from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and want to be able to participate.

Thanks. I guess that means I will not be a participant. We’re going out of state that day by car and 2:00 PM Eastern time is far too late to start.

I will see if one of the chapter’s officers can replace me. At least I’ve already voted on the by-laws and standing rules. They may be carrying proxies I promised to bring to the meeting, but as I haven’t actually received any, I can’t be more sure of that. I hope one of them can be recognized as the Pups’ representative. Unless Jeanine wishes to do so, there will be no one to represent the Marty Gear Fund at the meeting.
