Yes, the cyber-snow was too thick and deep for a delivery.

And I did meant that the RECORDING Secretary did not get any email.  Too much cutting and pasting.

That doesn’t surprise me. I was the Recording Secretary for  loong time right after we incorporated, At the time, the by-laws required I write the minutes in a book kept exclusively for that purpose. I think we lost that mandate shortly after I served as President and, to my knowledge, the book no longer exists.
