to ICG Board Online Meeting
I still don't know what is bothering google workspace, but I do not have access to the Google Drive Folders. Every time I click on the link in the ICG BoD meeting group, I get a page saying that I need to request access. I've requested access multiple times --- and I still don't have access.
Without that access, I can't get to the spreadsheet for the online form check-in, so anyone checking in with just the form won't be counted.
This started when I 'left' the ICG Bod group with 'thedocto...@gmail.com' address, but I still access to the group logged into my 'thedoc...@silweb.costume.org' email. Is that what's doing it?

The problem is lost certainly that your browser is still got cookies set with the Gmail address and you have not got it fully signed in with the SiWeb.costume.org address.
If you are using chrome I highly recommend taking advantage of its support for multiple user profiles. I have a profile for each of my Google mail based accounts (work, personal, ICG, SFSFC, rodeo, penwag, etc) to avoid this problem. You can even color code them with themes to give you a visual clue which profile a window belongs to.

To underscore this… *every* one of your share requests for the folder has been tagged with the Gmail address, *not* the costume.org address. I’ve given your costume.org account content manager rights on the folder in question.

Yes, I'm using Chrome. I thought I was using the multiple user profiles -- It has a different icon for each one. But maybe there's another snag.
Y'know when you log into another google account and it gives you a 'Switch to an Existing Profile' popup and says you're already logged in? I never do that. Whenever I do, it pops up a new Chrome WITHOUT my darkreader app and no obvious way to get it and their screen is light background with dark text, which is waaaaaaay too bright for me to use on a computer for very long. The darkreader app isn't a very good add-on, but it does give me light text on a dark background, which is essential for me. Don't know if this was contributing to the problem, but possibly.

Problems solved after a Zoom discussion and some shared screens. Thanks, Phil!
SOLUTIONS (if you are logged into at least one google email account to access ICG Online BoD Meeting group):
(1.) If you are getting unwanted google email forwarded to an account:
__ When logged into the google account that is getting the unwanted email, type in “groups.google.com” in your browser and it will show what groups you are in.
__ Change the setting for the offending group to “No email”.
(2.) If you are getting a “You Don’t Have Access – Request Access” screen when you click on the shared ICG BoD Meeting google drive (this can happen no matter what google account you are signed into):
__ Scroll down to the very bottom of the screen.
__ The email that you are logged into should be displayed with an option to change it. This will be the email you first logged into google with. It could be a gmail account, or a google workspace email. It does not matter if you are logged into the account that has access to the ICG BoD meeting. That first-login email account is the one that google workspace defaults to.
__ Switch to the account that has access and the google drive should show up. If it does not, request access.
Follow-up:
__ If someone is logging into ICG Online BoD Meeting with a non-google e-mail, what does their screen look like? Especially the upper righthand corner of the screen where the account icon is?
__ Does anyone who logs into ICG Online BoD Meeting with a non-google e-mail have any problems like this?
__ I actually have access to the ICG Online BoD Meeting via a secondary non-google email address, but I don’t know how I would get in without being logged into a google account. Or maybe I would have to log out of all my google accounts for it to go to the non-google e-mail. How do people get to ICG BoD Meeting without a gmail account? Saved link?

__ The icon at the far upper right of your screen is where you change to different google account. If the google account
