Maybe you can help me with my problem.

I have a 2016 BMW R1200 GSA LC K51.

Until now I had the WunderLINQ V1 and I was very happy with it. Unfortunately, during a heavy thunderstorm, water got into the USB port. After that, USB charging stopped working and the LED/Bluetooth were also dead.

So I bought a used WunderLINQ V2.

Now the green LED sometimes does not stop blinking, and Bluetooth only works sporadically.

Of course, most people would say that this unit is also defective. But the strange thing is: it works without any problems on a friend’s R1250. Also, his BMW Navigator works without any problems on my bike.

So where could the problem be?

Could it be a loose connection or bad contact? Or is the WunderLINQ more sensitive than the BMW Navigator?

Is there any log that can be read out? Maybe the voltage is too low, or one of the pin contacts is defective?
