Navigation not working

I have an android based Huawei P30 and I cannt open the navigaton from Wunderlinq app, I have set OsmAnd in settings in integration and when I click Navigation it goes to music control.

I know it works for,you, the question is why doesn’t work for me, I have tried also on a fieldbook rugged tablet also android based and when I try to open the navigation it moves to music command.The only navigation app that works is google maps but I cannot controle it with the wonder wheel.
