Bluetooth pairing, WunderLINQ doesn't show up at all

Hello!

I emailed support about this as well last week.

I have a Pixel 7 Pro, I'm not sure what firmware the linq has since I can't connect to it. The bike is a 2018 S1000XR.

I plugged the linq module into the cradle, switched on the ignition, and then went to pair a new bluetooth device on the Pixel. After 5 minutes "WunderLINQ" doesn't show up in the device list.

I guess my first question is how can I tell if the linq module is getting power from the cradle? There are no lights on that I can see.
