Hi all,

I am looking to buy winderlinq for my 2019 XR and I wanted to known whether I would be able to have that new tft style dashboard?
Also, are there any limitations in terms of using the Google maps/waze apps and switching to music etc within the wunderlinq app? Do you need to switch / change music using touch screen?

Thanks

Hi KN

The new dash view is available to all bikes that provide performance data to the cradle.  Your 2019XR should provide that data.

Google Maps and Waze don't provide zooming via the wheel or going back to the WunderLINQ app.  That level of functionality is provided by these apps currently.  The WunderLINQ can control music playback of most applications on Android and can control Apple Music and Spotify on iOS.

Thanks for your interest
Keith

Thanks. So if let’s say I am using a non supported nav app and I want to go back to wunderlinq to let’s say take a quick photo etc, the only way would be to use the touch screen? I thought wunderlinq acts like a keyboard on iOS.

Hi KN,

You are correct, the WunderLINQ acts as a keyboard.  There may be a way of using the new keyboard full access functionality in iOS14, we haven't had a chance to fully explore what is possible with this.

Thanks,
Keith
