Removing the magnet from back of phone

Hi Guys,

Want to fir new phone cover and need to removes the magnet I attached directly to the phone back initially.

I don't want to mark my phone if I can help it.

Do I apply heat or just try to pry it off with a thin scraper or such?

Any help appreciated.
