Seriously who takes money from the customers and just goes riding without organising for their customers to be supported when they’re gone? With no advice as to when they will be back?
It’s a joke, that’s what it is. This company now has the dubious honour of having the worst customer service of any motorbike product company I have dealt with in the last 30 years.
I’ve paid $450 for a product that doesn’t work, and No support when I need assistance or advice, or to organise a new unit and a return.
Like another customer I’ll be going on my ride without the functionality that you have said your product provides but doesn’t. I am leaving in 28 calendar days.
All I want is a working wunderwheel, I thought $450 would get me that, instead I have an expensive adaptor that I could have picked for $4.95 from Aliexpress.
Please let me know the process to return and refund.
