Proposal

         Establishment of a marketing team and its mission.

Status of This Memo

    This document specifies the scope and mission of the [bitwave.tv] Marketing Team and the roles of its members. It also specifies which email addresses and social media profiles are to be operated by this team for use in official marketing business in conjunction with all authorized bodies.

Abstract

    Until now, the process of seeking out and on-boarding new streamers and users has been the sole official responsibility of Dispatch. This method was appropriate up until the recent improvements to simultaneous user capacity of the streaming service. [Bitwave.tv] now finds itself technically able to accommodate more streamers than one man can adequately on-board. 
    
    To keep pace with the growing capacity of [bitwave.tv] and to accommodate a larger user base, the Marketing Team will be responsible for three (3) phases of acquiring and accommodating new streamers:

      (1) Outreach:
Using official [bitwave.tv] social media profiles and email correspondence, the Marketing Team will seek out and contact prospective streamers and users through both targeted and broad marketing campaigns.

      (2) On-boarding:
Once a new streamer expresses interest in participating in the [bitwave.tv] streaming service, the Marketing Team will identify common issues and assist users in their initial setup.

      (3) Service Feedback:
The Marketing Team will occasionally contact active [bitwave.tv] streamers to solicit their feedback on current features or features that are scheduled for revision by the development team. Such responses to these solicitations will be recorded and made available to any [bitwave.tv] team or official upon request.

1. Introduction and Mission Statement

    This document provides an outline of the goals and structure of the Marketing Team and the roles and responsibilities of each member. It also outlines the resources needed form the administration of bitwave.tv to carry out its marketing functions.

Mission Statement:

    The Marketing Team seeks to facilitate and maintain a measured level of growth. The Marketing Team shall act within any and all guidelines presented by the RFC and Admins to platform the unplatformables.

2. Official Titles of Team Members

    Marketing Head - Nexus
    Marketing Associate - Spookyting (M.R.R. Mittens)
    Marketing Lead  - SenatorHitla
    Social Media Analyst - TheEyedoctor

    Marketing Head:
Leads management and point of contact for any bitwave.tv team or official in marketing matters. 

    Marketing Associate:
Provides guidance for broad marketing actions, including social media relations and promotions.

    Marketing Lead:
Provides insights and marketing proposals to the Marketing Team. Alerts Marketing Team to situations requiring rapid responses.
 
    Social Media Analyst:
Heads guerrilla marketing implementation. Strategizes opportunities for viral growth.

    The team shall meet regularly to organize strategy and address any new situations that arise.

4. Definitions

    'Message' refers to private or public tweets, where appropriate.
    'Marketing Team' refers to all members of the official [bitwave.tv] marketing team as outlined in Section 2 of this proposal.
    'Brand presence strategy' refers to 1
    'Potential streamers' refers to anyone the Marketing Team sees as a possible beneficiary of [bitwave.tv] value propositions.
