Hi everyone,
Australian BioCommons invites you to the workshop 'Unlocking nf-core - customising workflows for your research'.
nf-core helps you run bioinformatics workflows that are reliable, reusable, and ready to scale, without having to build everything from scratch.
This hands-on workshop will introduce you to nf-core tools and show you how nf-core workflows are structured. You’ll learn how to adjust settings, customise steps, and run workflows in your own computing environment.
This workshop is free but you must apply to join.
27 - 28 May 2026 (applications close 13 May)
