Dear colleagues,

Community meeting updates
Thanks to who came to our September Single Cell and Spatial Omics Community meeting, and thanks to Dr Susanne Ramm from Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre for presentation on processes and methods in Single Organoid Analyses for Precision Medicine. Watch the recording here

Our next meeting is Wednesday, 11th December 1 pm AEDT. I'm seeking a speaker and welcome any suggestions for presentations on relevant methods, workflows or practices in the field of single cell and spatial omics, so please get in touch with me! All are welcome to attend and you can find the details here.

Your input needed
In September we showcased the Single Cell Lab, a new customised view of Galaxy Australia for Single Cell 'Omics analyses. This workbench is under development, so we want to hear from you about the tools and processing steps you would like to see included! Please add to this list of tools or upvote those already listed. If there is a specific command from a suite of tools, add this in too. I'm looking forward to hearing your recommendations for tools on Galaxy Australia and any feedback you might have about the Single Cell Lab.

Before I go, did you know the tool, Cell Ranger, is available on Galaxy Australia? Users from an Australian institution or university can request access by completing a simple application form.

Looking forward to hearing from you, and I'll see you in December!

Tiff
