Hi all
I would like to extend an invitation to join the proteomics community for a special event on Friday the 16th of August ( 12:30 AEST / 12:00 ACST / 10:30 AWST ). Invites have been extended across all BioCommons life science communities.
In this meeting, A/Prof Magnus Palmblad (Leiden University Medical Center, Netherlands) will present Workflomics: a platform used to help bioinformaticians to automatically generate and compare computational workflows. This platform has many applications across the life sciences, and in this presentation you will have the opportunity to hear more about this platform and how it can be used to streamline workflow creation and benchmarking.
