Dear all,

I hope this email finds you well. Please join us at our next Single Cell and Spatial Omics community meeting on Wednesday 18th September at 1pm AEST. You can find the details here.

These meetings provide a forum for the community to come together and discuss their research and related work. All are welcome.

Come along to the meeting where we will hear:

  • A project update from Dr Susanne Ramm from the Victorian Centre for Functional Genomics (VCFG) about Single Organoid Analyses for Precision Medicine

  • A discussion on building a customised Galaxy Australia workbench for single cell and spatial 'omics for researchers and bioinformaticians - Single Cell Lab. We'd like to hear what tools and processing steps you would like to see?

  • Other business (please bring your business or related news items to the meeting)

If you have any ideas or topics to raise, please get in touch with me.

Regards,
Tiff
