Hi everyone,

I'm passing on the details of a workshop on spatial transcriptomics being run by the Melbourne Integrative Genomics team.

This workshop will examine cutting-edge approaches for spatial RNA-seq normalisation that account for technical artefacts while preserving biological variation, discuss robust computational methods for cell state identification within tissue contexts and evaluate strategies for identifying spatially variable genes.

When: 13-14 August 2025
Where: In person, Melbourne
