Job opening at WEHI, Melbourne for a Proteomics Research Officer:
An excellent opportunity is available for a Proteomics Research Officer to join the WEHI Proteomics facility, a major technology platform at Australia’s pre-eminent biomedical research institute. They will lead collaborative research projects, working independently with institute group leaders and staff within their laboratories to design and undertake collaborative mass spectrometry studies. The successful applicant will also be involved in establishing new techniques and protocols, regularly adapting and/or improving existing techniques and methods, and providing professional support and advice to other research staff within the team and broader institute. This position provides an exciting opportunity to be involved in world-class research projects, and for the successful applicant the opportunity to build themselves a major international reputation.
