Hi all
This meeting will be a special event, with invites
extended across all BioCommons life science communities.
Two main activities are included for this meeting:
Presentation: Workflomics, a platform used to help bioinformaticians to automatically generate and compare computational workflows.
A/Prof
Magnus Palmblad (Leiden University Medical Center, Netherlands) will
present the Workflomics platform. One of the key use cases for this
platform is proteomics, and in this presentation you will have the
opportunity to hear more about this platform and how it can be used to
streamline workflow creation and benchmarking.
Co-working session: Proteomics training collection
We’ll
continue working together to collate a list of proteomics-themed
learning resources that we already know about and would recommend to a
friend or colleague. If you’re extra keen or you can’t join us you can
add resources that you know about to
this spreadsheet.
The agenda can be found
here.
All are welcome. I hope to see you there.
Best
Johan
