Hi all

Our next Proteomics Bioinformatics community meeting for 2025 will be next week, on the 13th of May ( 1:00 pm AEST / 12.30 pm ACST / 11:00 am AWST ).

In the meeting:

• Dr David Greening (Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute) will present "Proteomics and Machine Learning–Based Approach to Decipher Subcellular Proteome of Mouse Heart”, and
• Dr. Artur Shvetcov (Translational Dementia Research Group, Westmead Institute for Medical Research) will present "Proteomics with explainable machine learning: a pathway to experimental and clinical translation".
