Australian BioCommons is hosting a webinar on 13 October 2026 for life scientists and bioinformaticians who use metabolomics and multi-omics data in their work.
Prof Tim Ebbels (Imperial College London) will join Australian BioCommons to discuss pathway and chemical class-based modelling. You will learn how interpretable machine learning models address sparse metabolome coverage and annotation ambiguity in settings ranging from mass spectrometry to single-cell imaging studies.
When: Tuesday 13 October 2026, 4 - 5 pm AEDT / 3 - 4 pm AEST / 3:30 - 4:30 pm ACDT / 1 - 2 pm AWST (Check your timezone)
